Pink Shield Membership Terms
Pink Shield is a six-month membership benefit offered by Pink Combs Enterprises LLC, doing business as The Pink Combs. It is not insurance, medical care, or confirmation of a service appointment.
1. Eligibility, term, address, and roster
The purchaser must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enroll every listed minor or household member. Membership covers one Georgia household at one registered service address and only the household members named in the activated enrollment record. The term begins on the recorded activation date and continues for six months. Membership is non-transferable and does not renew automatically.

There are no installments, reservation deposits, cohort queues, recurring charges, or automatic renewal.
3. Included benefits
- One preventive wet-check opportunity per benefit month for each enrolled household member, delivered during one household appointment, with six monthly opportunities maximum.
- Fifty percent off one covered treatment event during the active term for enrolled household members.
- Corrective follow-up service connected to that covered treatment event under the published aftercare and separate 14-day treatment-guarantee rules. A new exposure or infestation is not a covered follow-up.
- A response and appointment offer within 24 hours after a covered request is confirmed, subject to technician availability, routing, safety, and customer acceptance. Arrival within 24 hours is not promised.
4. Excluded charges
- Travel, charged once per appointment and registered service address at the normal Georgia rate of $35–$100 based on technician location, distance, and routing.
- Appointments outside Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Additional technicians, detangling, retail products, and unrelated services.
Pink Shield does not change ordinary service pricing, and excluded charges are not reduced by the membership.
5. Enrollment, payment, and activation
The selected tier, exact one-time amount, household roster, these terms, and the Privacy Policy must be reviewed and accepted before Stripe payment. Membership activates only after successful payment and creation of a complete enrollment record. A failed payment, missing or mismatched record, or duplicate submission cannot activate a second membership and is placed in a non-active state for staff review. Payment or membership activation does not confirm a service appointment.
6. Cancellation and refunds
A pending enrollment may be abandoned before payment without activating benefits. After successful activation, the one-time membership payment is non-refundable and the membership is non-transferable, except where required by law or to correct a verified duplicate charge. Cancelling or missing a separately confirmed appointment does not extend the six-month term or restore an already used benefit.
7. Records and limits
The Pink Combs records terms acceptance, payment reference, activation and expiration dates, registered address, roster, monthly wet-check opportunities, the single treatment benefit, covered follow-ups, priority requests, and excluded charges. Benefits cannot be carried into another term, transferred, overused, or silently reset.
