Where in Georgia do you provide in-home service?
We serve families statewide across Georgia, with local routing through Greater Atlanta, Macon, and Middle Georgia service hubs. Travel is $35–$100 based on location, distance, and routing, and never exceeds $100 within Georgia.
Can the removal price increase because of severity or tangles?
No. Removal pricing is flat and guaranteed. There is no severity increase, no detangling fee, and service is never billed hourly. Most appointments average 1–2 hours per person.
What products do you use?
We use plant-based, pesticide-free oils rather than over-the-counter chemical treatments. If you are pregnant, nursing, treating an infant, or managing a skin condition, tell us before your appointment and check with your healthcare provider — we will share our full ingredient list on request.
Do I need to bag up all my kid's toys?
No! Lice die very quickly when not on a human head. We'll give you a simple, sensible checklist for cleaning your home that won't require you to quarantine your house.
Do you use chemicals?
No. We use a Pesticide-free / oil-based method combined with precision wet-combing.
