What does Pink Shield include?
Weekly professional head checks, priority appointment offers subject to technician availability and routing, 50% off one covered treatment event, aftercare and automatic follow-up, and a $75 travel-fee cap for the registered address. Benefits apply to registered household members at a registered Georgia address for one six-month term.
Is Pink Shield insurance?
No. Pink Shield is a prepaid family protection and professional monitoring program. It is not health insurance.
How do monthly preventive checks work?
No. Members may request up to one household monitoring visit every 7 days. Every appointment is subject to technician availability, routing, and confirmation.
What happens if lice is found?
Active members receive 50% off one covered treatment event during the active membership.
Can I add household members?
Yes. Pricing is $299 for 1 member, $399 for 2, $499 for 3, $599 for 4, $699 for 5, $799 for 6, and $899 for 7 or more.
Membership guidelines
- Membership applies only to registered household members.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable.
- Members may request up to one eligible monitoring appointment every 7 days, subject to technician confirmation.
- Appointments require at least 72 hours notice.
- A missed appointment or cancellation made less than 24 hours before the confirmed appointment counts as that weeks visit.
- Benefits apply to the registered Georgia service address.
- Travel fees are capped at $75 for the registered address.
- Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
- One covered treatment event receives a 50% member discount during the active term.
- Membership is paid once for the six-month term. There is no recurring billing or automatic renewal.
- Enrolling after the term begins does not extend coverage past March 14, 2027.
- Membership becomes active only after payment is verified.
